Training Programs for First-Year (FE) Students:

Our journey begins by instilling a strong foundation in our first-year engineering students. The T&P Cell conducts orientation programs to familiarize students with the corporate world. These programs include:

  • TPO Connect: An introduction to the Training and Placement Office (TPO) and its role in career development.
  • HR Connect: Insights into the expectations of the corporate world and the importance of soft skills.
  • Industry Insights: Sessions with industry experts to help students understand real-world applications of their studies.

Progressive Training for FE to BE Students:

  • As students advance from their first year (FE) to their final year (BE), our training programs evolve to meet their changing needs. The progression includes:
  • Skill Enhancement Workshops: Specialized workshops in technical skills related to their field of study.
  • Mock Interviews: Rigorous interview preparation, including mock interviews with feedback.
  • Resume Building: Assistance in creating impactful resumes to stand out to potential employers.
  • Group Discussions: Training in effective communication and group discussion techniques.
  • Personality Development: Focusing on personal grooming, confidence building, and leadership skills.
  • Career Guidance Programs: The T&P Cell regularly conducts “Career Guidance Programs” to broaden students’ awareness of various opportunities, including defense services, entrepreneur development, higher education pathways, and careers as patent agents.
  • Industry Collaborations: Our institute maintains strong relationships with industries and local industrial organizations like Nashik Industrial Manufacturers Associations (NIMA), Ambad Industrial Manufacturers Associations (AIMA), and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII). We invite them for HR connects and summits to enhance industry-institute interactions, ensuring our students are well-aligned with industry needs.
  • Internship and Projects: We actively engage industries to offer students opportunities for summer internships, final year projects, vocational training, and industrial visits. This exposure helps students acclimate to real-world industry environments.
  • Placement Opportunities: Eligible students receive ample opportunities for placement in leading companies. Our dedicated efforts aim to connect students with promising career prospects.
  • Industry Partnerships: We have signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with esteemed companies like KPIT Technologies, ZENSAR, and various training institutes. These collaborations focus on enhancing students’ technical and soft skills, making them more industry-ready.
  • Recruitment Support: The T&P Cell also coordinates with companies to assist our alumni in securing employment opportunities, should the need arise in these organizations.
